launch of the Sirius-FM5 satellite for Sirius XM Radio is now
scheduled to take place tomorrow at 3:10 p.m. (EDT), rather than
today at that time, International Launch Services said Saturday.
ILS pushed the launch back one day to fix a stuck fuel fill-and-drain
valve on the rocket. ILS plans to show the launch on Galaxy 28,
C-band transponder 12

Securities and Exchange Commission filed insider trading charges
against HDNet founder and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban,
alleging he avoided losses of more than $750,000 by selling shares
of mamma.com stock based on non-public information. Cuban issued
a statement disputing the charges and accused the SEC staff of
misconduct
The FCC is currently reviewing whether several
cable companies, including Comcast, have fully complied with

John Dingell (D-Mich.)..The NTIAs Baker and FCC Chairman
